The location was perfect, close to main attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room wasnice and neat. Great breakfast options. Good value for money.

Great location, fast WIFI and breakfast

I recently stayed in a hotel during a business trip that was perfectly located for everything I needed. It was in a great spot, close to all the shops, restaurants and transport links. The WIFI was pretty fast and made it easy for me to work and get some research done without any major issues. The breakfast was a real treat, a delicious and varied selection of local foods, with fresh fruit and warm bread. This was a very nice touch and a great start to my day.

My room was a disappointment from the moment I arrived. It was a small, cramped space and appeared to be lacking some basic cleaning.

We had a fantastic experience in this hotel. The location of this hotel is perfect as it is situated on the main street and only a few minutes' walk away from the historical centre of the city. We enjoyed walking to Plaza de Armas, the main square of this city and also nearby famous attractions. the hotel facilities are amazing with clean and beautiful rooms. we loved the breakfast that this hotel provided us. The staff was very friendly and cooperative, and they ensured that we had a comfortable stay.

The hotel lacks certain amenities, such as hot water at times and black-out curtains.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and shops. the room was cozy and romantic, with comfortable bedding and complimentary toiletries. the breakfast featured a nice variety of local fruits and pastries, as well as hot drinks.

The staff was friendly but not helpful in recommending local activities or providing directions. the noise from the street and other rooms was audible at night, which made it difficult to sleep.
